We are looking for an experienced and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our team. As our Field Sales Representative, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals.

Field Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

  1. Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, follow-up calls etc)
  2. Develop new sales strategies and models relevant to cleaning and renewable energy
  3. Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness through data analysis and interpretation
  4. Evaluate customers needs and patterns
  5. Build long lasting customer relationships
  6. Meet personal and team sales targets
  7. Attend meetings, sales events and training
  8. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  9. Manage your client database within your assigned territory

Field Sales Representative requirements and qualifications

  1. 3 years of experience in sales
  2. Proven record of personal quota (reference letter, performance certificate)
  3. Experience working with Office 365 CRM or similar Excel CRM
  4. Experience working with Asana/Click up/Trello or similar workflow solutions
  5. Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
  6. Microsoft Word and Excel report writing skills
  7. Computer use competency- Above average, preferably tech savvy
  8. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Salu’s success
  9. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills-Solutions oriented, adviser to the company
  10. Team player;
  11. Great time-management skills
  12. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  13. Self motivated and driven
  14. Sales and marketing Diploma or equivalent


Digital Marketing/Sales Executive duties and responsibilities

  1. Build, plan and implement the digital sales and marketing strategy for assigned social community
  2. Manage the strategy
  3. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  4. Manage digital sales and marketing on assigned community channels
  5. Measure ROI and KPIs
  6. Prepare and manage a digital sales and marketing budget
  7. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  8. Forecast digital sales performance trends, meet personal and team sales targets
  9. Motivate the digital marketing team members to achieve goals
  10. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Digital Marketing Executive requirements

  1. 2 years of experience as a Digital Sales/Marketing Executive
  2. 1 year of experience in developing and implementing digital sales and marketing strategies
  3. Good knowledge of all different digital sales and marketing channels
  4. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  5. 6 months of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  6. Familiarity with web design
  7. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  9. Team player
  10. Good time-management skills
  11. Great interpersonal and communication skills
  12. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
